Saturday, Oct. 24
1Driving under the influence: George Acosta, 45, St. Charles; 1:11 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Sunnyside Avenue; charged with DUI and speeding.
Tuesday, Oct. 20
2Possession of drug paraphernalia: Jonathan Engling, 23, Glen Ellyn; 12:15 a.m. at President Street and Roosevelt Road; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Monday, Oct. 19
3Deceptive practices: Kenneth Wheeler, 21, 1300 block of East Roosevelt Road; 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Roosevelt Road; charged with deceptive practices.
Saturday, Oct. 17
4DUI: Jeffrey Blum, 38, Naperville; 1:27 a.m. at Butterfield Road and Naperville Road; charged with DUI, failure to signal and failure to yield when turning left.
Thursday, Oct. 15
5DUI: Emily Aubin, 22, 2000 block of Burnham Place; 1:08 a.m. at Geneva Road and Main Street; charged with DUI, speeding, and improper lane usage.
Tuesday, Oct. 13
6Criminal damage to property: During the night in the 500 block of High Knob Drive; someone entered a garage and spray-painted graffiti on the walls.
Wednesday, Sept. 30
7Theft: Sometime before 9 a.m. in the 500 block of East College Avenue; three black plastic chairs on rollers were stolen from the computer room at Adams Hall on the campus of Wheaton College. Police Report
