Learn how to help your students de-stress
PLAINFIELD -- Plainfield School District social workers will present a seminar for parents of middle- and high-school students to learn how to deal with household stress 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Plainfield North High School, 12005 S. 248th St.

The seminar will feature Naperville-based psychologist Dr. Margaret Wehrenberg. She will offer advice about what parents can do to prevent stress from impacting their children. Parents will also learn techniques to help their teenagers cope with stress.
