Tractor parade
Most people stopped what they were doing, walking or driving, to stare at the procession of antique tractors cruising through Winthrop Harbor to unincorporated Russell on Sunday. The 20th tractor parade, or “tractorade,” benefits A Safe Place, a domestic violence shelter.
