Antioch
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Bryan Serzynski, 22, Lindenhurst, and Benjamin Urban, 22, Lake Villa, were charged Oct. 15 with disorderly conduct for wrestling and yelling. They were released on signature bonds.
RETAIL THEFT: Shane Burdick, 24, Union Grove, was charged Oct. 22 with retail theft after he allegedly attempted to take Wii game controllers without paying. He has a court date Nov. 18 in Waukegan.
MULTIPLE CHARGES: Katherine Fiala, 19, Round Lake Beach, was charged with aggravated assault, battery, resisting a police officer and underage drinking after the car in which she was a passenger was involved in an accident Oct. 23. The driver of the vehicle, Jenelle Fiala, 22, Round Lake, was charged with DUI and illegal transportation of open liquor. A passenger, Robert Sheffield, 19, Round Lake, was cited for underage drinking. All have pending court dates.
DOG BITE: Brian Parks, 33, Antioch, was cited for dog at large and vicious dog Oct. 25 after his German Shepherd bit a child who was walking with his father in the neighborhood.
Lindenhurst
MULTIPLE CHARGES: Judd Sircy, 39, Lindenhurst, was charged with a hate crime, aggravated assault, resisting a police officer and unlawful use of fireworks Oct. 24 at 192 Crooked Lake Lane. He reportedly used racial slurs and threatened his victims who were working in his neighbor's yard. He was taken to Lake County jail.
