Drug paraphernalia possession: Jason Kinkelaar, 21, Antioch was arrested and charged Oct. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a signature bond pending a court appearance Dec. 9.
Theft: Delfino Parra, 17, Genoa, Wis., was arrested and charged with retail theft on Oct. 22 at Wal-Mart. He was released on a signature bond pending a court appearance Nov. 9.
Lindenhurst
Theft: A Lake Villa resident reported on Oct. 23 that $70 in cash was taken from an unlocked locker at Hastings YMCA. An employee at the facility told police that several other patrons recently reported the theft of items and cash from unlocked lockers.
