A torn ACL forced Bri Rodriguez, Waubonsie's sensational soccer player, to miss the last two playoff games of their historic 2008 season. She was named the Girls Soccer Player of the Year in 2007 and 2008 by both The Naperville Sun and the Beacon-News. A look back at some of the moments in her high school career.
Waubonsie Valley junior Bri Rodriquez led the Warriors to a second straight Class AA state title and has also earned The Beacon News' Girls Soccer Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.
