The 11th annual Mill Street School Multicultural Fair will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 13 at Mill Street School, 1300 N. Mill St.

The theme for this year, "A Big Day to Celebrate Around the World," focuses on celebrations and "big" days of the year. Enjoy live entertainment, food, special celebrations and exhibits.

The Exchange Club of Naperville, in collaboration with the Naperville Park District and several other community organizations, is seeking individuals and groups who are willing to help with flag assembly, field set up and field teardown for Naperville's first Healing Field of Honor.

Dates volunteers are needed include Saturday; Nov. 6; Nov. 7; and Nov. 15. The memorial, consisting of 2,009 full-size American flags, will adorn Rotary Hill during the week of Nov. 8 to 14 in honor and appreciation of those who have served in the military and as a way of celebrating freedom. District 203 Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Staff Development Kathy Klees and gifted coordinator Bev Johnson will discuss the district's mission and gifted opportunities from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 4.

Klees and Johnson will present an overview of the district's identification process for gifted students at the District 203 Administrative Center, 203 W. Hillside Road, Naperville.
