• Served as faculty at North East Multi-Regional Training, College of DuPage, the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Ga.
• Founder of Safekids Web program, which works with Microsoft to teach children in the fourth- to sixth-graders about how to avoid online predators.
• Performed first arrest of alleged online pedophile in 1996. A man from Tennessee shared messages online with Sullivan, who was posing as a teenage girl, and came to Naperville to meet the teen for sex. He was arrested by the Naperville police at the Route 59 train station.
