Slavery documentary: Woodridge United Methodist Church is hosting a screening of the film "At the End of Slavery" at 7 p.m. This documentary, narrated by actor Danny Glover, takes us inside the violent and ugly business of modern-day slavery -- the buying and selling of human beings -- often called human trafficking. The youth of Woodridge United Methodist Church -- comprised of teenagers from Downers Grove, Naperville, Lemont and Woodridge -- initiated this screening event as a way to confront an issue that deeply affects people their own age.
