Ladies Night Out: Naperville Chiropractic & Spinal Rehabilitation Center is hosting a benefit for Loaves & Fishes Community Pantry from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 3416 S. Route 59 in the Frontier Place Shopping Center For a suggested $10 donation, ladies will have a chance to get a massage, mini-facial, mini-manicure, detoxifying foot soak, and hair consultations. They also can sample wine from Wine Styles, sushi from Wild Tuna and browse a selection of green products from Savvy. There will also be an acupuncture demonstration. All proceeds from donations and raffles will be used by the pantry to purchase women's personal care items. Call 630-416-1151.

Foot drop seminar: DuPage Health and Physical Therapy Center, 1795 S. Washington St., Suite 109, Naperville, will host a free seminar and evaluation Monday introducing the Bioness L300.
