Good Causes: Winter clothing drive
Share the Abundance Food Drive: Chiro One Wellness Centers is joining the fight against hunger by hosting its fourth annual Share the Abundance Food Drive to collect nonperishable food items to be given to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Through Nov. 23, you can donate items such as peanut butter, tuna and other nonperishable food items at Chiro One Wellness Center, 1304 Macom D. Suite 1, Naperville. Call 630-898-7774.
Amanda's Night Out: A spaghetti dinner to assist Amanda Collins Contreras, who is a 36-year-old, four-time cancer survivor, will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. at Judd Kendall VFW 908 W. Lung Cancer Walk and Rally: The seventh annual walk and rally will take place at the Grand Pavilion at the Naperville Riverwalk. Breakfast is at 8:30 a.m. and registration begins at 9 a.m. At 10 a.m. a physician will present information on the newest lung cancer research, followed immediately by the walk. The walk is free. However, the suggested donation is $20 per person, to benefit Lungevity. Pre-register at www.lungevity.org .
Fashion Show Fundraiser: The Naperville Junior Woman's Club's annual fashion show will begin at 10 a.m. at Bobak's Signature Events and Conference Center, 6440 Double Eagle Drive, Woodridge.
