Naperville, let's go out to eat
If you are looking for some new places to go out to eat, try some that have been featured in our pages. All of these have had dining profiles written in GO.
Get over fear of outlets
The Shopper says, don't fear the outlet! A good place to start is Crate and Barrel in Naperville. They have quality items, and everything from cups and plates to furniture.
Five Things to Do
If you are looking for something to do this week, here are some suggestions.
Air Force band performs on Veterans Day
The U.S. Air Force Academy Falconaires will give a free Veterans Day performance at 7 p.m. at the Hemmens Cultural Center. For the uninitiated, the Falconaires are an 18-piece jazz ensemble and part of the Air Force Academy's 56-member band.
'Cats' continues its long run
Did you know "Cats" isn't really about cats? OK, you probably did. Andrew Lloyd Webber's uber-popular musical, based on the poems of T.S. Eliot's "Old Possums Book of Practical Cats," is actually a story about relationships.
Comedy Shrine adds dinner theater
The Comedy Shrine in Naperville recently launched a Sunday night
improvisational musical dinner theater. Every show is unique in that
the music and dialogue is inspired by audience suggestions, and acted
out by an ensemble of veteran improvisational actors.
