Fashion boutique tries on a new downtown location
Twist, a women's fashion boutique, has twisted from 33½ Jefferson to its new location at 206 S. Washington, former home to Climate.
The new store is bigger, better and stroller-friendly! Having been in business for five years, Twist carries the best-fitting and hottest denim lines, including Hudson, William Rast and Joe's Jeans.
Tops and dresses are available from favorite fashion designers, along with accessories from K. Amato Jewelry, Hanky Panky, Melie Bianco Handbags and Fashion Express.
Twist was honored as the most-loved clothing store by Glancer magazine as part of its 2009 Reader's Choice Awards. "Twist is committed to bringing fashion and great shopping to downtown Naperville because great fashion opens all doors," said owner Matt Kirch.
The store reopening event will be Thursday, with extended hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. A 20 percent off storewide sale will continue through Nov. 14.

As mentioned in the March 16 column, Hozhoni Gallery closed its doors in March after being in business for 13 years.
"So many of my former customers begged me to reopen," said owner Janet Smith.
Hozhoni again will be offering authentic vintage and contemporary Native American jewelry and arts just for the holiday season.
Sharing space with Hozhoni Gallery is The Galleria of the Arts, which will showcase 17 independent artists. Galleria is featuring one-of-a-kind arts and fashions from a Chicago-area network of independent artisans. Booth after booth features beautiful gift items made of fiber, clay, leather, glass, photography and much more.
Gallery hours will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays. People are advised to hurry in to see these galleries -- they will only be open for two months.

"Even in this economy, a great massage is always within your reach," said Lance O'Pry, regional developer for Massage Envy.
The new clinic is scheduled to begin relieving the stress of the holidays just before Thanksgiving.
