n Leticia V. Alvarez , 32, of Monee, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with driving on a suspended license and making an improper turn after a stop in the 20100 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 15 report of items stolen from a vehicle in the 9200 block of St. Francis Road.
• Robert M. Emlund , 38, of Goodland, Ind., was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and having expired registration after a traffic stop in the 7500 block of Lincoln Highway, police said.
n Heidy A. Guirguis , 22, of Chicago, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with driving on a suspended license and disobeying a stop sign after she was stopped at Laraway Road and Elise Boulevard, police said.
• Raul Garcia , 41, of 120 E. 23rd St. in Chicago Heights, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with drunken driving, driving without a front license plate and disobeying a traffic signal after a stop in the 9600 block of Lincoln Highway, police said.
• Frank E. Gutierrez , 23, of 14226 Cristina Ave. in Orland Park, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving on a suspended license, improper lane use and not wearing a seat belt after a stop at LaGrange and Abbey roads, police said.
• Edward P. Chambers , 38, of 220 Leonard St. in Chicago Heights was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and illegal transportation of alcohol after a stop at U.S. 30 and Hunterwoods Drive, police said.
• A 16-year-old Mokena girl was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with concealing a dangerous weapon, resisting/obstructing police and underage consumption of alcohol at U.S. 30 and Woodbridge Drive, police said.
• Edward T. Devlin , 59, of 7310 Sandalwood Lane in Tinley Park was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after being stopped at Gull Island Court and Colorado Avenue, police said.
• Robert C. Cundiff , 29, of 8317 Chestnut Court in Frankfort was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with driving on a suspended license and improper lane use after a stop in the 8400 block of U.S. 30, police said.
• Nicholas F. Buell , 20, of 132 Maple Lane in New Lenox was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, improper lane use and underage drinking after a stop at Pfeiffer Road and Old Plank Trail, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 20 report of several vehicles found burglarized at a business parking lot in the 9400 block of Lincoln Highway.
• Arthur M. Mirich , 58, of Portage, Ind., was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with driving on a suspended license, improper lane use and not wearing a seat belt after a stop in the 8800 block of Windy Hill Drive, police said.
• Three Matteson boys, ages 12, 13 and 15, were arrested Oct. 20 and charged with retail theft and criminal damage to property in the 7200 block of Lincoln Highway, police said.
• Anthony M. Polley , 20, of 19232 Puritan Drive in Mokena, was arrested Pct. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while in the 22300 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
• Maribel Rosas , 45, of 9103 Newcastle Court in Tinley Park was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with drunken driving, driving in the wrong lane and no insurance after a stop in the 9500 block of 191st Street, police said.
n Brian Corcoran , 28, of 15529 Wherry Lane in Orland Park was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after a stop at Prairie Court and Schoolhouse Road, police said.
• Humberto Barajas-Salas , 25, of Milwaukee, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance and following too closely after he was stopped in the 8800 block of 191st Street, police said.
• Sean Holmes , 35, of 2819 Westmoreland St. in New Lenox was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving on a suspended license after an Oct. 16 stop near 195th Street and Victorian Drive, police said.
• Susan Wagner , 60, of 15344 Treetop Lane in Orland Park was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with drunken driving, improper lane use, disobeying a traffic signal and improper turning after a stop in the 9600 block of 191st Street, police said.
n Jeffrey Stevenson , 27, of 21327 S. 79th Ave. in Frankfort was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and no front plate after he was stopped in the 9500 block of 191st Street, police said.
• A resident of the 19400 block of Newport Drive reported Oct. 20 that someone had used her credit card to make $675 in fraudulent purchases.
• A resident in the 12000 block of Sarkis Drive reported Oct. 21 that someone had charged $93 to her credit card and tried to change the address to Pittsburgh, Pa.
• Elizabeth Kloss , 31, of 230 Essex in New Lenox was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Haven and Vine, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 11 report of criminal damage to a vehicle in the 2900 block of Kingsway.
• Edmont Llazi , 30, of 11291 Patrick in Frankfort was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Laraway and Schoolhouse roads, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 13 report of a theft in the 1900 block of Garnett.
• Cory Ryan , 21, of 19530 115th Ave. in Mokena was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving off the roadway and drunken driving after a traffic stop on Francis and Marley, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 15 report of theft on Cedar Road and Illinois Highway.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 15 report of grafitti on Gear and Joliet Highway.
• Gloria Harper , 47, of 505 Sherman in Joliet was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving without lights and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Calistoga and Laraway, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 16 report of identity theft in the 1200 block of Timber.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 16 report of burglary to a vehicle in the 1800 block of W. Route 30.
• Michael Golich , 25, of 1829 Ponderosa in Joliet was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with speeding, improper lane use and drunken driving after traffic stop at Gougar and Laraway roads, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 17 report of burglary to a vehicle in the 1700 block of S. Spencer Road.
• Matthew D. Norwich , 23, of 81722 Orchard Drive in Frankfort was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of a controlled substance while on W. Norwood and South Pine Hill Road, police said.
• Joseph R. Bull , 23, of 1023 St. Charles St. in Elgin was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with driving with a suspended license, no headlights and no insurance after a traffic stop in West Benton and South Harlem in Frankfort Township. Miguel Diaz , 20, of 642 E. Chicago St. in Elgin was also arrested and charged for knowingly allowing an unauthorized person to drive his vehicle, police said.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 16 report from the manager of the Willow Run Golf Course at 12600 W. 187th Street in New Lenox Township. He said three putting greens were damaged by two all terrain vehicles and that someone busted two wooden doors to a utility building and broke a wooden fence.
• Police are investigating an Oct. 17 report of someone shooting a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Wisconsin Road in New Lenox Township with paintball pellets.
