UPDATE: Teen may have died from heart defect
JOLIET � A heart condition may have caused the death of a high school basketball player. Will County Coroner Pat O�Neil said Tuesday an autopsy performed on Zamarri Doby, 16, �noted a heart defect.�

The top two hitting teams in the Northern League met at Silver Cross Field on Wednesday night in front of 2751 fans. The Gary SouthShore RailCats boosted their .285 team batting average, while the Joliet JackHammers saw their .322 mark take a dip. Gary smacked Hammers' pitching.
