Winter baseball starting

Cangelosi Baseball in Lockport is beginning its second annual winter baseball league. Games will be held Tuesdays and Saturdays, and fast-pitch softball will be on Thursdays. Teams consist of 10 players with each player getting an average of six at-bats a game. The top two players in each age group: 9-18 for boys baseball & 12-18 for girls softball, will receive money to the Nike Team Store located inside of Bo Jackson's Elite Sports, Lockport.
The league begins in November and runs for seven weeks, ending in December. Call 815-221-6000.
