L-Way North swimmers win SWSC

BRADLEY -- Lincoln-Way North won the title at the Southwest Suburban Red girls swimming and diving championships Saturday.

Jessica Collins won the diving competition for the Phoenix, while Jenna Tasic won the 200 freestyle and the 100 butterfly. Cheyenne DeGraff won the 200 IM, Taylor Nelson won the 100 freestyle.

North's 200 medley relay of Megan Wortel, Tasic, DeGraff and Nelson took first, as did the 400 freestyle relay of Nelson, Tasic, Wortel and DeGraff.

Lincoln-Way Central finished second and Lincoln-Way West was fifth.
