JCA recruits move to next level

Joliet Catholic Academy has announced several college commitments and signings among its seniors.

In addition to those previously announced, the list includes Emma Rambo, who will play NCAA Division I hockey at Union College.

Baseball player Steve Cservenyak has received a significant athletic scholarship from Division II St. Joseph's College in Indiana.

On the Division III level, the list includes Antonio Alvarez to Wheaton College for soccer, Tara Bistry to Augustana for cross country and track, Michael Foley to Aurora University for baseball, Casey Killian and Kyle Killian to Loras for football, Dan Klipsh to Webster for golf and Brock Liston to Wisconsin-Whitewater for baseball.

Headed to NAIA schools are Josh Mander to University of St. Francis for football, Matt Ginnetti and Alex Wilhelmi to St. Ambrose for football, Michael Ericksen to Graceland College for volleyball, Tyler Pinta to USF for cross country and Danielle Reilly to Bethel College for softball.

Brianna Hickey will continue her softball career at Joliet Junior College.
