College highlights: The 6-foot-7, 308-pound lineman made his first college start for Michigan against Notre Dame earlier this season ... Played in four games as a freshman in 2007 ... Has played both left and right tackle for the Wolverines ... Redshirted by Michigan in 2006.

High school highlights: Played for John Jackson at Plainfield Central ... Named to three all-state teams as a senior in 2005, including the Champaign News-Gazette all-state squad ...
