Back in service
Billy, a foot-tall Chinese-crested powderpuff pup, has spent most of his 10 months of life inside Dwight Correctional Facility for Women, where he was being trained as a service dog for the disabled. But last month, while being acclimated to life outside the prison, he made a break for freedom. That freedom however, was short-lived.
Billy, a service dog in training, plays tug with a Doberman. Billy escaped from his handler in Braidwood but later was captured by Braidwood police.
