Nov. 7

Pancake breakfast: 8:30-10:30 a.m. Nov. 7, Oak View Elementary School, 150 N. Schmidt in Bolingbrook. Cost is $3.50 or $1 for preschoolers. Admission is free for veterans and students who will sing. A Scholastic book fair will also be held from 9-11 a.m.

Holiday preparation workshops and festival: 1-5 p.m. Nov. 7, Pathway Christian Fellowship, 19554 NW Frontage Road in Shorewood.
