Investigation continues into shooting

October 30, 2009

The investigation is continuing into the shooting of two people in a house in an unincorporated area near Glen Ellyn last week.

At about 2 a.m. Oct. 23, three men entered a house on the 800 block of Busch Road and shot at the occupants, according to DuPage County Sheriff's police.

A man, 23, and woman, 20, were shot and taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove in "stable" but critical condition, the release said. A third victim, a 24-year-old man, did not require medical assistance.

Dawn Domrose of the Sheriff's Office said that as of Thursday morning, there was no break in the case and that the department is still investigating the incident.

Anyone with any information on the shootings is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 630-407-2400.
