Saturday, Oct. 31

Three-vehicle collision: Cecilia Martinez, 19, of the 400 block of North Union Street, was taken to Provena Mercy Medical Center for a leg injury following a three-vehicle collision at 3:28 p.m. Saturday at Ohio and Liberty streets. Mario Baltazar, 46, of Romeoville, was charged with failure to yield right of way at a stop intersection.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

Theft: Sarah Dunnigan, 18, of the 0-99 block of Marnel Road, Aurora, was charged with retail theft after her arrest at 5:20 p.m. Oct. 27 in the 4300 block of Fox Valley Center Drive, Aurora police said.

Monday, Oct. 26

DUI: Benjamin Schmidt, 28, of the 1000 block of Terrace Lake Drive, Aurora, was charged with drunken driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his 1999 Mercury Cougar struck a tree near Eola Road and Oakhurst Drive just after 1:15 a.m. Oct. 26, Aurora police said. Schmidt was not injured.

Retail theft: Michael Intile, 33, of the 3000 Hillbrook Lane, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 2:34 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 800 block of Route 59, Aurora police said.
