Royals, Storm exit
Larkin and South Elgin both were underdogs Wednesday at they entered the Class 2A Larkin Regional semifinals. They found their tasks too overwhelming and saw their seasons come to a close. Schaumburg shut out Larkin 4-0, and South Elgin was pounded 8-1 by Conant.
