It's all Greek to me this weekend in Elgin
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Elgin's St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church's Greek Fest. The festival will open Friday and continue through Sunday on the church grounds, 525 Church Road, off Illinois 31 and Interstate 90, in Elgin.

Matthew McConaughey's longtime model girlfriend, Camila Alves, has given birth to the couple's first child, a 7-pound, 4-ounce boy. Also ... Prosecutors have filed felony charges against Nate Dogg, who authorities suspect threatened and stalked his wife. The rapper, whose real name is Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, was charged Monday.
