Hanover plan a hit with young families at Tuscan Woods

Offering more than 2,600 square feet of living space and priced at $299,990, the two-story Hanover plan has garnered the attention of families looking for a step up in space and style at Tuscan Woods in Elgin.

With four bedrooms and a combined island kitchen and family room that comprise over a third of the home's total square footage, the two-story Hanover gives families room to grow.

"While the Hanover is new to Tuscan Woods it is not new to the Ryland collection of homes," said Robert Meyn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes, the neighborhood developer.
