Randall Highlands introduces two new models

Two new models highlight Randall Highlands, featuring flexible Wiseman-Hughes floor plans to maximize every square foot of space to create convenience, livability and value.

The Edinburgh, with 1,365 square feet, two bedrooms, and 1½ baths is specially priced for a limited time at $229,900. The Stonehaven, with 1,460 square feet, two bedrooms, a den, and 2½ baths, is offered at $239,900 for a limited time.

The townhome designs at Randall Highlands are reminiscent of Chicago's Astor Street with brick exteriors, varied rooflines, and porches with colonnades. The community offers secure maintenance-free living, and convenient access to Randall Road shopping and a number of new retail stores nearby.

Randall Highlands, tucked into a serene natural setting, is about a mile from the Interstate 88 Orchard Road entrance, which offers access to hundreds of employment opportunities and the Chicago Premium Outlets Mall in Aurora.

In all, six townhome plans include both ranch and two-story models, feature a square-footage range of 1,365 to 1,965 and prices from $229,900 to $263,900. All two-story homes include a basement.

Standard features include nine-foot first-floor ceilings, six-panel doors, Colonist trim, brushed nickel light fixtures, brushed chrome Schlage entry hardware, programmable thermostats, interior sprinkler systems, Armstrong flooring in the foyer, baths, kitchen, and laundry room and wall-to-wall carpeting in living areas.

Kitchens feature built-in seating at the counter as well as optional islands and gourmet layouts. General Electric appliances with self-clean ovens and sealed burners, four-cycle dishwashers, 42-inch Merrillat cabinetry, disposers, Kohler double-bowl sinks, Moen chrome faucets, and pantries create a state-of-the-art kitchen.
