Builder offers low-cost way to purchase
Wiseman-Hughes Enterprises homebuyers can now take advantage of the considerable cost-savings of FHA loans and the developer's participation in the AmeriDream program, which pays for the down payment, closing costs, and offers 30-year fixed-rate loans. The program is even more appealing with new federal lending limits extending to $410,000.

The AmeriDream Program is available to buyers who qualify for FHA loans -- even those with below average credit ratings -- as long as they can demonstrate an ability and willingness to make regular payments.
The program's goal is to give individuals and families access to safe and affordable homes by removing the biggest obstacles - the down payment and closing costs.
AmeriDream provides up to 10 percent of the contract price -- which must be no more than $410,000 -- for the down payment.
