Special savings program runs through May 18

Ryland Homes is bringing back its "Get More" promotion at Ryland Home communities throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.

From May 9 through 18, buyers who purchase a to-be-built townhome or single-family home and acquire financing through Ryland Mortgage will save 50 percent off options, secure a locked-interest rate, receive up to $2,500 towards closing cost and enjoy $2,500 in free gas.

According to Robert Meyn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes, the Get More promotion was such a huge hit in April that the company decided to bring it back with new added benefits.

"In addition to 50 percent off options, we've added special financing incentives to buyers who close before Nov. 18 of this year," Meyn said. "Ryland Mortgage will work with these buyers to lock-in the lowest possible interest rate and Ryland Homes will contribute up to $2,500 towards closing costs for qualified buyers. And, with today's rising gas prices, who couldn't use $2,500 in free gas? Now's a great time to get moving with Ryland."
