Tour of multi-million dollar custom homes set Jefferson Estates in Naperville plays host May 18
Charleston Development Group is offering prospective customers and the public an opportunity to tour three professionally decorated, multi-million dollar custom homes at Jefferson Estates on May 18 from noon to 4 p.m.
Located on some of the largest homesites in the area, these architecturally distinctive and sophisticated custom homes are just a few blocks west of downtown Naperville. Homes within this community are expected to provide 4,000 to 8,000 square feet of custom living space for $1.3 to $3 million.
According to Larry Van Someren, co-founder of Charleston Development Group, this opportunity to view high-end, fully custom homes is a rare event, since the builder does not build "spec" homes or models. Each home is custom designed from a blank sheet of paper and crafted to the individual styles and tastes of the homeowner by the company's architects and interior designers.
"Our customers are so proud of their one-of-a-kind homes, that they are allowing us a small window of opportunity to bring potential customers through their personal homes. Their willingness to allow tours of their homes speaks volumes about the positive relationships we create and maintain with our clientele," said Van Someren. "Because we only build high-end, estate-quality custom homes, we do not have model homes available for families to tour and discover Charleston Development's commitment to design and quality construction. Therefore we are extremely grateful to our satisfied customers for letting us showcase the creativity and craftsmanship found in each of their homes."
Charleston Development Group is a family owned and operated business that began in 1998 and has constructed homes in Wheaton, Bolingbrook, Homer Township and Naperville.
Charleston's custom homes feature architectural drama, such as stately foyers with chandeliers, first-floor and second-level master bedroom suites, vaulted and beamed ceilings in family rooms, great rooms and master bedrooms suites, and numerous fireplaces with masonry hearths and hardwood mantels.
Interior features often include one-of-a-kind millwork created for each home; unique species of wood flooring; imported limestone and marble; soothing steam rooms and whirlpools in master baths; and state-of-the-art commercial grade kitchen appliances.
The group's home tours will take place in three of Jefferson Estates' 37 potential homes. Presently there are only 20 of the ¼- to ½-acre homesites remaining in this community for customers to request Charleston to design and build their dream homes.
One of the homes on the tour was designed and constructed to allow the homeowners to feel like they are constantly on vacation in the Rocky Mountains. The mountain theme is complete with wide plank fir flooring, rough stone tile work, heavy beams, and custom crafted copper electrical fixtures.
Another home on the tour is an exquisite example of Old World Charm coupled with today's modern luxuries. Intricate stone work, wide plank walnut flooring, 10 fireplaces, and an elevator are just some of the fantastic features you will see in this exceptional home. Both of these homes showcase Charleston Development Group's creativity and talents.
Jefferson Estates is located on the south side of Jefferson Avenue, between Mill and River Roads. For more information, call (630) 420-8084 or visit www.charlestondevelopmentgroup.com. Charleston Development Group
