In an effort to help first-time buyers realize the American Dream, Kipling Homes has introduced an ultra affordable one-bedroom plan at Timber Oaks, a neighborhood of 219 brick condominiums and courtyard townhomes on the far west side of southwest suburban Joliet.

It ranges in price from $118,900 to $121,900 depending on building location. Garage parking is not included.
