Townhomes near pool, clubhouse available at Lakewood Springs

Wouldn't it be great to spend this summer in a new maintenance-free home within a few steps of a pool and clubhouse?

You can, at Ryland's Lakewood Springs community where six townhomes, priced from the $150,00s to the $180,000s, are available for immediate delivery and across the street from the one of two Lakewood Springs' pools and clubhouses.

One Dunham plan, two Glenshire and three Krofton designs are offered for immediate delivery and are priced from $159,990 to $189,990. Highlights of each plan include:
