Sharp's single-family homes start at $189,900 Builder also offers incentives on other models
Sharp Homes has introduced a 2008 product line with three floor plans, starting from $189,900, at communities in Joliet, Plano and Channahon, as well as a special incentives for all its other models.
The three floor plans include something for everyone: two distinctly different two-stories and an affordable tri-level plan, featuring 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and 1½ baths to two baths.
These prices are offered in Hunters Crossing in Channahon, Woodwind in Plano and Fall Creek in Joliet, and for a limited time in Hunters Ridge in Joliet.
The homes are:
• The Asbury plan, one of Sharp Homes most popular floor plans, offered at $189,900. The home includes a fully sodded lot. This 1,650 square-foot two-story story is perfect for the first-time buyer or the empty-nester ready to downsize. The formal living room and turned staircase make for an impressive view from the foyer. The vaulted living room leads to the kitchen and dining area with ample cabinet space including a standard oak cabinet pantry, lazy susan and vaulted ceilings. The family room steps down from the kitchen area and is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. Also standard are 1½ baths, three bedrooms with a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, first-floor laundry, two-car garage, oak doors and trim, landscaping and house wrap.
• The Bayberry, a 1,850-square-foot two-story with three bedrooms, 1½ baths, and sunken living room with volume ceilings that steps down from the eat-in kitchen. This home is also offered at $189,900. A unique feature is the second-floor media room designed to meet a family's needs for a den/home office or computer area. The den/media area is lofted over the vaulted family room. As in all Sharp Homes, standards include oak cabinets and pantry, oak doors and trim, fully sodded lot, housewrap, and volume ceilings per plan.
• The Christine, a four-bedroom, two-bath tri-level, priced starting at $199,900. This open floor plan offers 2,100 square feet of living space. Besides the standard bay window, two other distinct front elevations are available including a front porch great for visiting and entertaining, or just to relax with your family.
