"We've lived here just about seven years and were the second house built by a week. I really like it! There are a lot of kids and not much traffic because we're on a dead end. Lots of times we'll all get together and sit by the firepit and talk. Everyone is really friendly and I'd say just about everybody is involved in something with their kids."

Eric Christy, Crestview Estates resident

Neighborhood history

Developed in 2001 by Crestview Builders, this 2.3-acre subdivision houses approximately 17 single-family homes. Located on the boundary of Bolingbrook and Naperville, residents are able to take advantage of the vast amenities afforded by both communities.

What makes the neighborhood unique

Because it is only one street long, you just might miss it if you blink. However, the distinctive custom homes makes the subdivision memorable. For the past three decades the builder has been in the business of creating luxury homes.

Fast fact:

For a jolt, visit around 3 p.m. on weekdays, which is around the time a blast goes off in the rock quarry that is located across the street from the subdivision.

Resident perk

No two homes are alike.
