"This is an established neighborhood. We have lots of pretty trees. The neighbors are nice, and they have been here a long time. We have been here eight years now. I moved here from Oklahoma. We looked high and low for about a month. When we saw the house, we thought that was it. This is the one."

"I've lived here 12 years. It's OK. It's quiet. It's pretty strict. The trees are nice, but they can ruin you when the wind comes. If you've got some around the house, you better watch out. There's trees all over.
