East Aurora vs. Waubonsie Valley
Late in the third quarter, it looked like Waubonsie Valley's unbeaten run in the Upstate Eight Conference might come to the end.
Late in the fourth quarter, there was no doubt the Warriors would keep their perfect conference mark. In a 57-52 victory at home over East Aurora on Saturday night, Waubonsie Valley outlasted the Tomcats with defense, rebounding, resurgent free-throw shooting and energy.
