12 Aurora and Batavia teams compete in Aurora Fastpitch Softball Association showcase
Aurora Fastpitch Softball Association held its annual showcase event, with 10 girls teams making up the Aurora Raiders program participating along with a pair of teams from Batavia. In the opening game, the Aurora Raiders 10U held off a late comeback by Batavia Blue Devils to win 12-11.
The past President of the AFSA, Bill Pfeiffer, was honored for his years of service on Tuesday in Aurora.
