Man pleads not guilty to watching women sleep

October 28, 2009

A 19-year-old Aurora man accused of slipping into unlocked apartments to watch women sleep and touch their legs pleaded not guilty Monday to felony trespassing charges.

Quincy L. Forrester faces up to three years in prison if convicted of the charges, filed last month after a state trooper saw him acting suspiciously outside his apartment complex in the 2800 block of Amli Lane, police said.

Forrester allegedly sneaked into apartments in the complex, then watched women sleep before touching their legs.

He fled when the women woke up, police said.
