Residents are invited to attend the Georgetown Relief Efforts Neighborhood Organization (GRENO) monthly meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday in Room 100 of Eola Community Center, 555 S. Eola Road.
Members of the city's Community Services Department will give a snapshot view of how they serve the citizens of Aurora. The department includes Special Events, Public Information, Arts and Culture, Neighborhood Redevelopment, Customer Service and Youth Services.

Frosty's Closet
The Junior League of Kane and DuPage Counties Inc. will hold its second Frosty's Closet winterwear event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Aurora Community Center, 501 College Ave., third floor. Frosty's Closet is a children's outerwear boutique that provides financially challenged families with appropriate cold-weather gear for harsh winters. Parents may bring their children to Frosty's Closet and leave with coats, hats, mittens, snow pants, boots and more — all free of charge.
AAUW Wine-Tasting
The Aurora Area Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold a wine-tasting fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at Fox Valley Winery, 5600 Route 34, Oswego. Money raised goes to the AAUW Educational Opportunities Funds and dedicated to the Vivian Wright Research and Projects Fellowship Endowment. Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple. WCC Tour
Individuals interested in enrolling at Waubonsee Community College are invited to attend "Experience Waubonsee" from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on the college's Sugar Grove campus, Route 47 at Waubonsee Drive. Attendees will tour the campus, meet faculty and staff and get a taste of college life. Breakfast Buffet
The Sons of the American Legion, Yorkville Squadron 489, 9054 Route 34, is having a Breakfast Buffet from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at the Legion Hall. Tickets are $7-adults, $6-adults over 55, $3-kids 12 and younger, and free for kids 6 and younger.
